Introducci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En <\/span><b>Integrador de Ecommerce, S.L.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, entendemos que la seguridad de la informaci\u00f3n no depende \u00fanicamente de sistemas o herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas, sino tambi\u00e9n de los <\/span><b>h\u00e1bitos y comportamientos diarios<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> del equipo humano. Por este motivo, hemos establecido un conjunto de <\/span><b>medidas de seguridad operativa b\u00e1sicas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que se aplican en las rutinas de trabajo de todos los empleados, garantizando una cultura de protecci\u00f3n activa frente a posibles amenazas internas o externas.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nuestro objetivo es asegurar que todas las operaciones \u2014desde el acceso a sistemas hasta la manipulaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n sensible\u2014 se realicen bajo <\/span><b>est\u00e1ndares s\u00f3lidos de seguridad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, preservando la confidencialidad, integridad y disponibilidad de los datos corporativos y de nuestros clientes.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h3><b>2. Medidas Implementadas<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<h4><b>2.1. Control de acceso f\u00edsico y l\u00f3gico<\/b><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos los equipos de trabajo (ordenadores, port\u00e1tiles, servidores) cuentan con <\/span><b>bloqueo autom\u00e1tico de pantalla<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tras un periodo m\u00e1ximo de inactividad.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El acceso a los sistemas requiere <\/span><b>autenticaci\u00f3n mediante credenciales personales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, evitando el uso compartido de cuentas.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se exige el uso de <\/span><b>contrase\u00f1as seguras<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (m\u00ednimo 8 caracteres, combinaci\u00f3n de letras may\u00fasculas, min\u00fasculas, n\u00fameros y s\u00edmbolos) y su <\/span><b>renovaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En servicios cr\u00edticos (correo corporativo, herramientas de gesti\u00f3n, paneles de administraci\u00f3n y almacenamiento en la nube), se implementa <\/span><b>autenticaci\u00f3n multifactor (2FA)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a\u00f1adiendo una capa adicional de verificaci\u00f3n de identidad.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><b>2.2. Pol\u00edtica de escritorio despejado y protecci\u00f3n de la informaci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todo el personal debe mantener una <\/span><b>pol\u00edtica de escritorio despejado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, evitando dejar documentos f\u00edsicos, dispositivos USB o contrase\u00f1as visibles.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los documentos impresos con informaci\u00f3n sensible deben <\/span><b>guardarse en espacios cerrados o destruidos adecuadamente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cuando ya no sean necesarios.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los equipos port\u00e1tiles deben <\/span><b>bloquearse manualmente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> al ausentarse del puesto de trabajo y almacenarse en lugares seguros fuera del horario laboral.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><b>2.3. Buenas pr\u00e1cticas digitales<\/b><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No se permite la instalaci\u00f3n de software no autorizado o fuera del control del \u00e1rea t\u00e9cnica.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos los dispositivos conectados a la red corporativa cuentan con <\/span><b>antivirus actualizado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cortafuegos activo y protecci\u00f3n contra software malicioso.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las actualizaciones del sistema operativo y las aplicaciones se gestionan de forma <\/span><b>autom\u00e1tica o supervisada<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, reduciendo riesgos por vulnerabilidades conocidas.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se restringe el uso de dispositivos externos o almacenamiento removible (USB, discos duros, etc.) salvo autorizaci\u00f3n expresa.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><b>2.4. Concienciaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n continua<\/b><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El personal recibe <\/span><b>formaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en materia de ciberseguridad, buenas pr\u00e1cticas, protecci\u00f3n de datos y respuesta ante incidentes.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se promueve la <\/span><b>conciencia proactiva en seguridad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, recordando la importancia de actuar con responsabilidad digital y reportar comportamientos sospechosos o errores de seguridad.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todo nuevo empleado participa en una <\/span><b>inducci\u00f3n inicial de seguridad inform\u00e1tica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, donde se explican las pol\u00edticas internas y los protocolos de actuaci\u00f3n ante posibles amenazas.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4><b>2.5. Supervisi\u00f3n y cumplimiento<\/b><\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El departamento t\u00e9cnico realiza <\/span><b>revisiones peri\u00f3dicas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para garantizar el cumplimiento de estas medidas.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se llevan a cabo <\/span><b>auditor\u00edas internas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y controles de acceso para verificar la correcta aplicaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas de contrase\u00f1as, bloqueo de pantalla y 2FA.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de incumplimiento, se aplicar\u00e1n las medidas correctivas y disciplinarias establecidas en el marco de la pol\u00edtica interna de seguridad.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h3><b>3. Objetivo y alcance<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estas medidas forman parte de la <\/span><b>Pol\u00edtica General de Seguridad de la Informaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de <\/span><b>Integrador de Ecommerce, S.L.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, y son de cumplimiento obligatorio para todo el personal, independientemente del rol o nivel de acceso.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo principal es <\/span><b>minimizar los riesgos derivados del factor humano<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, garantizar la <\/span><b>protecci\u00f3n operativa de los sistemas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y asegurar la <\/span><b>continuidad del negocio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, reforzando as\u00ed la confianza de nuestros clientes y socios estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h2><b>4.
